Coaches Standards of Conduct - by putting in writing the expectations of coaches in terms of qualifications, personal conduct, behavior toward athletes, opponents and school staff, any problems in either selection of coaches or disciplinary action can be referred to written statements with which the coach agreed.
Rules for Public Input - these rules certainly won't end all shouting at public meetings, but these will at least provide grounds for taking action.
